Kylie's teaching style embraces elements from her in-depth training in Vinyasa, Yin and Therapeutic yoga. Her classes are dynamic, pay particular attention to alignment, connect to the inherent rhythm of the body and explore depth of breath. Her approach is wildly individualized, adapting to the specific needs of each of her students. Since 2010, Kylie has maintained a consistent yoga practice and continues to evolve it through regular workshops and trainings.

In 2015, Kylie earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from UCLA. Her studies focused on the intersection of environmental and social issues, with emphasis on the sustainable management of natural resources. These principles are intricately woven into her yoga practice, honoring the interconnectedness of all living systems. Kylie's discipline and enthusiasm for yoga, in the most traditional sense, inspires true transformation on and off the mat. In 2016, she received her 200 Hour certification in San Francisco, CA. For the last two years, she has been pursuing her advanced training through the Santa Barbara Yoga Center, studying under teachers including Cheri Clampett, Heather Tiddens and Arturo Peal.
