Founder Fresh Table Farms

Fresh Table Farms is developing low cost aquaponic farms in South Florida. Aquaponics is the combination of aquaculture (fish farming) with hydroponics (soilless agriculture). Plants grown in aquaponic systems have no chemical additives in the growing process. This is why we consider our systems to be "beyond organic".

If you are interested in finding out more about our low capital cost, hyperlocal urban agriculture program, please contact me for additional information.

Farm Update: Progress continues on our new line construction. In addition to deep water culture beds and continuous flow seedling tables, the aquaponic system will soon sport towers of aquaponic herbs, and a line of outdoor aquaponic tomatoes. We think the flavor will be primo! The herb towers will be awesome for mints, strawberries, and more. visit us on facebook for current farm events and other natural local food news:

Startup Farm Update: Expansion continues. 2 new deep water culture (DWC) grow beds are coming online in the next 3 weeks, bringing total beds to 3. In addition our new flood and drain seedling table will be online in the next few days. This brings our capacity to approximately 300 lettuces per week. In addition we have excavated our first large scale aquaculture pond, 80 feet long by 6 feet wide by 6 feet deep. This should power an additional 20 or so DWC beds which will bring us up to over 2000 lettuces per week! We hope to be in this position by November with a strong end of year and first quarter 2017 online.

New Farm Opportunities!

The Fancy Chicken is now our new farm partner. Solace International moved North, and TFC is expanding its free range poultry permaculture operation on the farm at Hypoluxo and Lyons road in Lake Worth Florida. Fresh Table Farms is expanding with them, adding fish ponds and deep water culture beds in line with chicken ranges and ebb and flow channels for duckweed feed crops that help feed both fish and foul.

New partners are coming to the farm. Do you have a 1-5 acre farm program in need of a location? TFC and farm partners are all organic practices. All farm partners considered must be as well.
