Time to hang up the surf board for a while as football season begins. Hopefully when we get some waves I have an opportunity to catch them.

Issac just blew by and there was some surf in S. Florida. Not big and very white wash plus with coaching 3 days a week, I decided not to go out and injure myself.

Waves are usually better in the winter months when we have fronts coming through.

Another amazing week of surf for south Florida. Hurricane Debbie sat around for a few days and created swells coming from the southeast. Most days were 2-3 feet with clean water. Late in the week the swells changed direction coming from the northeast.

Ocean water and the sun have amazing affects for healing minor cuts, bug bites or skin rashes. Just a few hours and everything is just like new.

Really proud of myself for surfing 3 days this past week. I feel great and looks like the waves are still here!

Nguyen boot camp started yesterday. Half mile beach run, 15 minute swim, 45 mins of surfing and 10 minutes of power explosion moves.

Everyone Is feeling a little sore!

Waves were small but fun.

Looks like good surf from Sebastian beach up. Down south florida sucks.

Went out last week for the first time in months and really worked my shoulders. Been sore for days now.

Must be getting old. :)

Went to the beach for the first time in a while with the family and it was awesome. The water was turquoise and with small 1-2 feet rollers about 2-3 minutes apart. Coming from the NE and clean. Fun day for my boys!

Coaching Football has taken up a lot of time. Once the season is over...I plan on getting in that cold water and catching some waves. Usually good in December - March.

can't even think about surfing but my body tells me I need to get back in the ocean. Only minutes away but it seems so far.
